AI Tools from Google Every Marketer Should Know About

This week’s Google’s Exec Leaders event was the best Google event I’ve attended in a long time (and I’ve attended several over the years!)  They introduced many new AI tools that could shake things up in marketing, helping efficiency and performance. I’ve consolidated the six standouts that I think are particularly useful for CMOs and eCommerce Directors, understanding these tools is key to unlocking competitive advantage.

1. Gemini 2.5 – The smart engine

Gemini 2.5 offers powerful intelligence for complex tasks. Brands and Agencies can now summarise vast market research, extract deep consumer insights, or draft detailed content briefs in a fraction of the time, freeing up teams for high-level strategy.

2. Gemini live – Your AI co-creator

Imagine real time, verbal collaboration with AI. Gemini Live allows us to brainstorm, iterate on ideas, and get instant feedback on visuals. This accelerates creative development, ensuring we land on the best creative assets faster.

3. Flow – Streamlined creative

Flow helps you turn ideas into polished campaign materials quickly and adapt them for different audiences, channels, and languages. For Summit and Productcaster, this opens the possibility to rapidly producing high-quality, relevant assets across channels and languages, reducing time and cost in campaign rollouts.

4. Notebook LLM – Your research assistant

This AI assistant consolidates diverse data from documents, audio, web content to provide instant summaries, identify trends, and generate bespoke content. It ensures our strategies are always data backed and impactful. The personalised podcast function blew my mind!

5. Stitch – From idea to design in minutes

Stitch transforms ideas into polished UI designs and even functional code. This is huge for quickly prototyping landing pages, ad creatives, or interactive experiences, allowing rapid testing and refinement for more effective campaigns.

6. Agent space – Unified AI hub

This central platform brings all AI capabilities together for enterprise search and agent functionality. It boosts productivity by enabling quick information retrieval, high-quality content generation, and task automation across internal and external data. The ability to make phone calls for you, book my train tickets to London and organise my hectic diary are just some features that I’m sure we’ll all be trying within the next year.

These AI tools will empower leaders to quickly consume vast information and deliver massive efficiencies in developing and leveraging the best creative assets – the most crucial factor in advertising success, underpinned by Gemini 2.5 and the video asset creation of VO3.

Crucially, the new paid versions offer enhanced privacy, ensuring data isn’t used to train external models or shared with third parties, which until now has been a major concern and barrier for businesses big and small who value their and their clients data privacy.

At Summit and Productcaster, we’re dedicated to integrating these innovations into our day to day performance, marketing services and technology while providing our clients with unparalleled value, driving efficiency and accelerating performance. We’re on top of the latest trends, ensuring our partners benefit from the best of AI.
